Special Act No. 00-7

An Act Concerning Bonding For The State Utility Energy Conservation Program For State Facilities.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Subsection (b) of section 3 of public act 91-6 of the June special session, as amended by section 59 of special act 95-20 and section 1 of public act 98-235, is amended to read as follows:

(b) The proceeds of the sale of said bonds, to the extent of the amount stated in subsection (a) of this section, shall be used by the Office of Policy and Management for the purpose of providing funds for the state's share of the program, for the fiscal year ending June 30, [2000] 2002.

Sec. 2. Subsection (b) of section 30 of public act 92-7 of the May special session, as amended by section 73 of special act 95-20 and section 2 of public act 98-235, is amended to read as follows:

(b) The proceeds of the sale of said bonds, to the extent of the amount stated in subsection (a) of this section, shall be used by the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management for the purpose of providing funds for the state's share of the program, for the fiscal year ending June 30, [2000] 2002, established pursuant to section 1 of public act 91-6 of the June special session.

Sec. 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
