
An Act Concerning The Criminal Liability Of An Individual For Conduct Performed In The Name Of Or In Behalf Of A Limited Liability Company.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 53a-11 of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
A person shall be criminally liable for conduct constituting an offense which [he] such person performs or causes to be performed in the name of or in behalf of a corporation or limited liability company to the same extent as if such conduct were performed in [his] such person's own name or behalf.
