The House of Representatives was called to order at 11: 35 o'clock a. m. , Representative Berger of the 73rd District in the Chair.

Prayer was offered by the guest Chaplain, Kathryn E. Lanzarotto of Waterford, Connecticut.

The following is the prayer:

Let us pray. Heavenly Father, bless this House and all who labor here. Lead us to walk a path of wisdom so we may work to better the lives of the people that we represent. Amen.
