'AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TELEMEDICINE SERVICES', to require health insurance coverage of medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment provided through telemedicine if such advice, diagnosis, care or treatment is covered when provided through in-person consultation.

S. B. No. 859 (RAISED) INSURANCE AND REAL ESTATE. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGULATION OF PRIVATE TRANSFER FEES', to regulate the imposition of private transfer obligations on the conveyance of real property located in this state.

S. B. No. 860 (RAISED) INSURANCE AND REAL ESTATE. 'AN ACT CONCERNING TRUST-OWNED OR EMPLOYER-OWNED LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES AND EMPLOYEE TERMINATION', to require the termination of trust-owned or employer-owned life insurance coverage after such employee's employment with such employer has terminated.

S. B. No. 861 (RAISED) INSURANCE AND REAL ESTATE. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE MODERNIZATION OF CERTAIN MEDICAL FORMS', to require the Insurance Commissioner to develop, health care professionals to use, and health carriers to use and accept, uniform prior authorization forms, and to require health carriers and managed care organizations to make available electronically to health care professionals clinical criteria used for utilization review.

S. B. No. 862 (RAISED) INSURANCE AND REAL ESTATE. 'AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR LUNG CANCER SCREENING', to require health insurance coverage for lung cancer screening tests, in accordance with the recommendations established by the American Lung Association, after consultation with the American Cancer Society.

S. B. No. 863 (RAISED) INSURANCE AND REAL ESTATE. 'AN ACT CONCERNING FACTORS USED IN AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE RATING', to prohibit certain factors from being used to underwrite or rate a private passenger nonfleet automobile insurance policy.

LABOR AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES

S. B. No. 864 (RAISED) LABOR AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES. 'AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCREASE IN PENALTIES DUE TO FALSE OR MISLEADING DECLARATIONS, STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS', to increase the financial penalty on employers relating to certain unemployment compensation payments.

S. B. No. 865 (RAISED) LABOR AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES. 'AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFINITION OF NEW EMPLOYEE IN THE UNEMPLOYED ARMED FORCES MEMBER SUBSIDIZED TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM', to eliminate the requirement that all armed services members must serve in a "combat zone" to be considered "new employees" under the Standardized Training and Employment program.

S. B. No. 866 (RAISED) LABOR AND PUBLIC EMPLOYEES. 'AN ACT IMPROVING THE TIMELINESS AND EFFICIENCY OF THE LABOR DEPARTMENT'S UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE TAX OPERATIONS', to improve the operating efficiency of the Labor Department by requiring employers to (1) pay a penalty of one hundred dollars if such employer fails to electronically notify the department within fifteen days of becoming subject to the provisions of chapter 567 of the general statutes or upon acquiring any part of the assets, organization, trade or business of another employer subject to chapter 567 of the general statutes, and (2) pay a fee of fifty dollars if such employer submits a tax and wage report without being properly registered.
